Cerney Mini Ash goats cheese is a delicious, soft cheese shaped in a pyramid form. It is hand-coated with an oakash/seasalt blend.
With a subtle flavour and lemony tang, the Cerney Ash flavour deepens with age and ripening, with a shelf life of up to four weeks.
Cerney Ash was one of the original goats cheeses produced in the UK, and remains a firm favourite with customers throughout the country. It has also won numerous awards, including the World’s Best Goats Cheese at the 2015 World Cheese Awards!
