The pieces of goat meat are taken from the neck (also known as scragend) and are approximately 2-inches in size. Our goat on the bone is from mature animals, perfect for cooking slow cooked dishes, like an authentic goat curry with a deep, delicious flavour. For a traditional Jamaican goat curry, try our spice blend.
