The Goats Milk is vibrant, almondy, buttery: a delightfully different goat’s milk cheese similar to a cheddar.
The Oak Smoked Goat’s Milk has been cold smoked using oak chips for a subtle smoky flavour with a nutty sweetness.
Each block weighs 250g.
