Brightwell Ash (or Onnen Brightwell) is a ripened goats cheese disc with an ash based natural rind. With a silky texture and hazelnut notes, this cheese is one of our favourites and is clearly loved by others, winning Best Goats’ Cheese at the Artisan Cheese Awards in May 2022.
It is skilfully made by the Norton and Yarrow team, using milk from their own pasture-fed goats.
