Description
The yoghurty flavour of this cheese is complemented by a delicate, almost red-fruit flavour from the wrinkly, golden coloured rind. The texture of the paste is pleasantly light, almost whipped.
Sinodun Hill is one of Britain’s newest and most exciting goats cheeses. Made on the farm using the farm’s Anglo Nubian goats’ rich milk, this ‘lactic’ cheese has a mousse-like delicate texture and zippy fresh taste with a herbaceous goaty finish.
Made by Fraser Norton and Rachel Yarrow from Norton & Yarrow, in Shillingford near Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.
Each cheese weighs approx. 235g.
